Privacy Policy

EDI Agent AI processes the files and messages you provide in order to detect, parse, validate, map and explain EDI documents. Uploaded files are stored in private, per-organization storage and are never shared across organizations.

Data submitted to AI features is sent to the configured AI provider solely to generate the response you requested (analysis, explanation, or mapping suggestions). We do not sell customer data, and we do not use your uploaded EDI content to train third-party models.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. This policy will be expanded as new product capabilities (such as partner connectivity and automated monitoring) become generally available.
