Frequently asked questions

Does the AI make up EDI rules?

No. Delimiters, segments, envelopes and structural validation are handled by deterministic code. AI is used only to interpret, explain and suggest — every AI output carries a confidence score and is marked NEEDS REVIEW where relevant.

Which EDI standards are supported?

X12 and EDIFACT are parsed and validated natively today. XML, CSV and JSON are accepted and classified as structured data. Additional standards and conversions are on the roadmap.

Is this the same product as EDIBlogs?

No — EDIBlogs is an independent knowledge site for learning EDI. EDI Agent AI is a separate workspace for doing EDI work. We link between the two where it's useful.

Is my data stored securely?

Uploaded files are stored in private, per-organization storage with signed URLs, isolated by Row Level Security at the database level. AI calls happen server-side.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes — the sandbox above and the full /demo page run the real analysis pipeline on synthetic sample data with no signup required.

Ready to work with EDI differently?

Analyze your first EDI document with AI and see how much of the manual work can be simplified.
